Become a Stallholder Terms
The Yackandandah Makers Market aims to showcase the best in new and emerging artisans, crafters and sustainable growers from North East Victoria (100 mile radius with Yackandandah as the central point).

Set at the precinct of Yackandandah Station Artspace (just next to Yackandandah Community Development Co) in Turntable Lane at the northern end of the township, you are assured of a relaxed community atmosphere with the added attraction of the Artspace for customers to view.

We believe in promoting those with a hidden talent from the local area.
Our philosophy is simple, if you made it, and live in a 100km radius of Yackandandah, its 100% handmade, you can sell it.

Once you have been accepted (don't forget those 3 clear images), you will be offered a site for selected markets based on availability.

As we are a new market, availability is still a possibility, but once places are limited, and to keep things interesting and vibrant, you may be placed on a waiting list for some markets.
We do not encourage sharing stalls with family/friends cos this is your time to shine and promote your own talents.
Re-sellers are not permitted, except in the case of upcycling or recycling goods such as antiques or collectables.

You can apply online or by requesting us to email you an application form. Please remember to attach at least 3 clear colour images of your range so we are familiar with your product lines and make sure there is a vibrant mix of new talent.
We also look forward to promoting your stall in the week prior to each market and on the day electronically to our network.
We will contact you to confirm your market dates.
You will need to pay for your bookings in advance by credit card or nominated account.
Payment will be debited from your credit card or nominated account 7 working days prior to the market date.
Your booking/s are not secured until you have paid for them.
Refunds will not be given so if you cancel:
(with more than 7 working days notice) we will hold your stall fee if credited.
(with less than 7 working days notice) your stall fee will be forfeited.

Please note we are substantially an outdoor, all weather, rain, hail or shine market.
We all love the environment, so let's cut packaging and nasty non-recyclables wherever and whenever we can.
Please don't supply plastic bags or bio-bags to customers. Everyone will be encouraged to bring their own (and if they don't, they'll remember next time!!)
If you bring it, please take it away. Bins are provided for public use only.
Prices need to be on clear display and make sure you bring advertising material.
Don't worry if you are new to the market scene and don't have your own stall equipment. We have a select range available for hire including trestle tables.
Sites are allocated to allow for a 3m x 3m stall, but if you need more or less room we can find a spot for you.
We will keep an eye on stall conditions with you to make sure your stall is just 'perfect'.
We ask you to pick up after yourselves to keep the grounds clean and green.
We will endeavour to reward the most regular stallholders with preferential site location and will work with you to find the ideal spot.
Remember, this is an all weather market. So be prepared.
The Final Say:
Please note management reserves the right to refuse admission to the Market to any person/s at our discretion.
We reserve the right to stop you trading at any time for any circumstance that we deem appropriate with no right of appeal or right for compensation.
We reserve the right to update our terms of trade at anytime, without notice.
Dishonour Direct Debit bank charges will be on-charged accordingly.
